UK Deliveries
We use Fed Ex for our UK deliveries. Our UK contract with Fed Ex guarantees delivery to 90% of the UK mainland in 24 hours. It costs £6.95/£7.99 (ex/inc VAT) for our UK bound orders. Please allow an extra day for deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland (north of Perth). Unfortunately Fed Ex, along with other couriers, impose a surcharge for delivery to the Northern Ireland, which unfortunately we need to pass on to the customer.
Christmas Deliveries
Please allow an extra day for deliveries during the festive season.
Saturday Delivery
We can deliver on a Saturday, unfortunately this service is restricted to the UK mainland only. You can select this option at the checkout.
International Shipping
We use UPS, DHL and Fed Ex International for our international deliveries. Our shopping cart automatically calculates the shipping cost for each country as you add an item to your shopping basket.
After your order has been despatched you will be e-mailed a tracking number. You are then able to track the progress of your parcel by clicking the "track order" link, located on the top menu on all of our web pages.
