We use FedEx for the majority of our deliveries to give a secure and reliable track-able service. On dispatch we will email you confirmation and tracking.Delivery can be made to a separate delivery address and you can choose your preferred delivery date at the checkout.
Some countries (eg USA, Singapore and Australia) restrict the import of meat products so these will be substituted if necessary.
Perishable food can only be delivered within the European Union. Outside of the EU any selected perishable items will be substituted for other items to the same value or higher.
All fresh food must be sent express delivery (EU only) due to their perishable nature.
Alcohol cannot be sent outside the EU due to customs restrictions. Substitutions to the same or higher value will be made if a product containing alcohol is selected for delivery outside the EU.
Currently import restrictions prevent us despatching any food products to Norway.
